The Victoria’s Secret return policy reflects our commitment to offering quality products to our customers.  As a result, returned, untagged innerwear (panties/swim bottoms) or returned items that are damaged or show signs of wear are destroyed.  All other merchandise is restocked or donated.  Last year, in addition to our financial contributions to our home office communities, our company donated more than $3 million worth of product.
