Guidelines
  • The associate must enter the referral information through the career website at http://limitedbrands.jobs or may attach the Associate Referral card to the candidate's application or résumé in order to receive credit for the referral.
  • If duplicate referrals are received, only one associate may receive the reward for the referral. Right of referral will be established based on earliest recorded date of receipt of the application to the Stores Central Staffing Office or submittal of the candidate online.
  • Referrals may already be in our recruiting database and therefore will not qualify as a new referral.
  • Referrals entered in the career website at http://limitedbrands.jobs will be automatically date stamped at the time of entry. Paper versions of the associate Referral forms and applications will be time and date stamped when the Stores Central Staffing Office receives them.
  • Once a referred candidate is hired, they must be employed for three months before the reward is issued to the referring associate.
  • The referring associate must be an active employee of Limited Brands at the time of pay out.
  • The associate will be notified if his or her referred candidate has been hired.
  • All associates are eligible to participate except Human Resources associates and executive management committee members; Limited Brands Interns; Hiring managers who are recruiting for positions in their own department, district or region (either directly or indirectly); Contractors and temporary associates working today or who have worked at Limited Brands within the last year.
  • If the referred candidate is a former Limited Brands associate, the candidate must have been separated from Limited Brands for at least one year prior to the date of hire in order for the referring associate to receive the bonus.
