Weather hotlines have been established for each city where Limited Brands has home offices, distribution centers, client contact centers and design studios:

If it becomes necessary to modify any of our normal business operations, we will update the hotline messages, and also broadcast the same information on local TV and radio stations.

Limited Brands' primary concern is the safety of its associates. Regardless of business operations, Limited Brands continues to ask all associates to follow the direction provided by state and local authorities with regard to travel restrictions in the area and use their best judgment with regard to travel to and from work. Associates unable to make it to work should contact their manager or supervisor immediately. Associates should contact their supervisor with any questions.
